Gymn in Milan
We are in Milan inside a gym where we have a frequent passage of people. The wall adjacent to the showers behind the locker rooms for poor waterproofing neglects the humidity that caused the ruin of the facade absolutely not tolerable to the sight of customers. The property has requested immediate intervention.
After supervision it was recommended to remove the previously created plaster, the walls were healed and cleaned by the presence of mould fungi. Then we laid the ISOBELL BOND adhesive to apply the ISOBELL panels. The surface has been finished with two coats of soothing plaster always with ISOBELL BOND and consequently coloured with our breathable ISOBELL COLOR.
An intervention that allowed to completely restore the health and aesthetics of the environment. The application of the ISOBELL SYSTEM, being highly breathable, has led to the total elimination of salt damp efflorescence contributing to the restoration of the diseased wall.
